Plum in the front of the nose with lots of black pepper in the back, Also there seems to be a floral note about this. Very interesting as a dried
cherry note develops after a while.
On the palate it tastes like a spoonful of berry fruit, I can almost feel the texture. Not a whole lot of
backbone, definitely a lighter effort on that front but with a nice finish. I can see this going really well with a rack of lamb.
Overall a great
wine, especially for the price.
